USE Used for grinding or finishing both on small or shaped pieces of carbon steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals but also on fiber glass, stone and marble.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Flap wheels with Aluminium Oxide abrasive cloth, XF weight, H 30,50,75, 100 mm, grits from P36 to P400, except P360.
USE Used for grinding or finishing both on portable or stationary machines, suitable for most applications. Upon request we can manufacture zirconia (mainly for stainless steel grinding) or silicon carbide (glass, plastic, tile and brass) wheels, or flexible cloth wheels (J and backing) for finishing operations on shaped work pieces.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Special abrasive belt with a layer of Aluminium Oxide (A) or Silicon Carbide (S) Nonwoven abrasive, with a poly-cotton cloth backing, available in the grits A/Very Fine or S/Ultra Fine.
USE In the wood industry to obtain the special finish ‘pickled effect’ by Finishing Lab; in the metal industry to satinize.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS JF-weight flexible Aluminium Oxide poly-cotton cloth, closed coated, grit range from P60 to P400.
USE Grinding and satin finishing – on plan or with contact wheels – on aluminium, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, on details where a flexible support is needed; especially suitable to obtain special finishes with wide belt sanding machines (eg. the ‘embossed effect’ by Finishing Lab).

TECHNICAL FEATURES F-weight flexible cloth with “shaped ceramic” technology mixed with Aluminium Oxide, close coated, grits P320-P400, except P360.
USE For grinding and satin finishing – with automatic sanding machines or with contact wheels – on stainless steel, common steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and on details where a flexible backing is needed. In the wood industry for calibrating and sanding of solid wood, resinous wood, softwood, chipboards and melamine paper with wide belt sanding machines or edge sanders.

USE Calibration and sanding of hardwood, blockboard wood and plywood and especially in the production of parquets and panels with wide and narrow belt sanding machines; also suitable for satin finishing of metal sheets, alloy steel and stainless steel with narrow or wide belt sanding machines.
