PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Unmounted flap wheels with 76 mm hole or 19mm key-shaped hole, composed by lamellae made by  Cutting & Polishing material with Aluminium Oxide (A/Medium grit), radially disposed around a fiber center. Spindle diameter 6 mm, flap thickness 20, 30 o 40 mm.

USE They are particularly suitable to work on internal radius, to satinize metal surfaces with a uniform and repeatable pattern and for light duty deburring.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Mounted flap wheels, with syntetic fiber lamellae uniformly coated with abrasive grains of Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide bonded with resins, alternate with abrasive cloth lamellae and radially disposed around a fiber center. Spindle diameter 6 mm, flap thickness 20, 30, 40, 50 mm. Available with unwoven material in grits A/Medium and A/Fine and with abrasive cloth in grits P60, P80, P120, P180, P240.

USE They are similar to classic unwoven flap wheels, but thanks to the abrasive cloth they guarantee stronger removal, eliminating any residual scratch marks from the workpiece.

USE Particularly suitable for masking traces of previous grinding processes, for decorative finishes and light duty deburring, or to satinize metal surfaces with an extremely uniform and repeatable pattern. Also suitable for dulling or cleaning all types of metal.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Unmounted flap wheels with XF-weight Aluminium Oxide abrasive cloth, thickness (H) 30, 50, 75, 100 mm, grits from P36 to P400 (except P360).

USE For grinding and finishing with manual or automatic grinders. Available on demand with Zirconium cloth (especially suitable for stainless steel) or with Aluminium Oxide cloth (for glass, plastic, stone or brass), or with extra-flexible cloths (J- or F-weight) to finish particularly shaped surfaces.
