NONWOVEN ROLLS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Nonwoven rolls with Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide, 10 meters long, 120 mm height. Available with Aluminium Oxide in the grits A/Very Fine (special, strong, soft), A/Fine, A/Medium, A/Coarse, and with Silicon Carbide in the grits S/Ultra Fine, S/Super Fine, S/Very Fine, S/Fine and S/Medium.
USE To avoid waste, you can cut exactly the piece of product you need, depending on the shape of the workpiece you are going to work on. This material is very resistant to clogging and very flexible; it is especially suitable for manual operations such as removing oxidations, cleaning off grease and varnishes and for general purpose cleaning on stainless steel, common or special steel, aluminium, titanium, non-ferrous materials and alloys, glass fiber, plastic or fiberglass. Easy to clean with compressed air or water.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Nonwoven pads with Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide, dimensions 280 mm x 120 mm. Available with Aluminium Oxide in the grits A/Very Fine (special, strong, soft), A/Fine, A/Medium, A/Coarse, and with Silicon Carbide in the grits S/Ultra Fine, S/Super Fine, S/Very Fine, S/Fine and S/Medium.
USE Extremely flexible and easy to handle, suitable for manual operations and also to be used with random orbital sanders for the cleaning of irregular-shaped workpieces, for removing oxidations, grease and varnishes and any traces of other previous processes, especially suitable on ferrous and non-ferrous metal, stainless steel, syntetic materials, fillers and varnishes. To be used wet or dry, or with cleaning products. Easy to clean with compressed air or water.
NONWOVEN DISCS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Nonwoven discs with Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide, available on stock with 120, 150, 200, 250 mm diameter (on demand also in 100, 180, 300, 350, 400, 500 mm diameters) with Aluminium Oxide in the grits A/Very Fine (special, strong, soft), A/Fine, A/Medium, A/Coarse, and with Silicon Carbide in the grits S/Ultra Fine, S/Super Fine, S/Very Fine, S/Fine and S/Medium. Available also with velcro, diameters 125 and 150 mm with Aluminium Oxide in grit A/Very Fine.
USE These discs offer a constant finishing pattern and an effective ventilation, they are flexible, resistant to clogging and easy to use and they also reduce working noise. They are particularly suitable to prepare surfaces to further processes like chrome- or nickel-plating or varnishing, to remove traces of previous processes and to repair surfaces after bending and welding. To be used dry or with solid or liquid lubricants for stainless steel, normal or special steel, non-ferrous metals and alloys, aluminium, cast iron, titanium, plastic, varnishes, lacquers, fillers. Easy to clean with compressed air or water.

UNMOUNTED FLAP WHEELS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Unmounted flap wheels with XF-weight Aluminium Oxide abrasive cloth, thickness (H) 30, 50, 75, 100 mm, grits from P36 to P400 (except P360).
USE For grinding and finishing with manual or automatic grinders. Available on demand with Zirconium cloth (especially suitable for stainless steel) or with Aluminium Oxide cloth (for glass, plastic, stone or brass), or with extra-flexible cloths (J- or F-weight) to finish particularly shaped surfaces.
UNMOUNTED NONWOVEN FLAP WHEELS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Unmounted flap wheels, with syntetic fiber lamellae uniformly coated with abrasive grains of Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide bonded with resins, radially disposed around a fiber center. Thickness 50 or 100 mm. 19mm hole is key-shaped.
USE Suitable for satin finishing or masking of ferrous and non-ferrous metal, stainless steel, to be used both with axial grinders, flexible shaft grinders or automatic grinders.

Thickness 50 or 100 mm. 19mm hole is key-shaped. Available with nonwoven material in grits A/Medium and A/Fine and with abrasive cloth in grits P60, P80, P120, P180, P240.

UNMOUNTED C&P FLAP WHEELS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Unmounted flap wheels with 76 mm hole or 19mm key-shaped hole, composed by lamellae made by Cutting & Polishing material with Aluminium Oxide, grit A/Medium, radially disposed around a fiber center.
USE These flaps are made of an extremely resistant and long lasting material, they can be used for satinizing uniformly and deburring. They are particularly suitable to work on internal radius, both on wood and on metal.
MOUNTED NONWOVEN FLAP WHEELS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Mounted flap wheels, with syntetic fiber lamellae uniformly coated with abrasive grains of Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide bonded with resins, radially disposed around a fiber center. Spindle diameter 6 mm, flap thickness 20, 30, 40, 50 mm. Available with Silicon Carbide in the grit S/Ultra Fine and with Aluminium Oxide in the grits A/Very Fine, A/Fine, A/Medium, A/Coarse.
USE Particularly suitable for masking traces of previous grinding processes, for decorative finishes and light duty deburring, or to satinize metal surfaces with an extremely uniform and repeatable pattern. Also suitable for dulling or cleaning all types of metal.
MOUNTED NONWOVEN FLAP WHEELS + ABRASIVE CLOTH
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Mounted flap wheels, with syntetic fiber lamellae uniformly coated with abrasive grains of Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide bonded with resins, alternate with abrasive cloth lamellae and radially disposed around a fiber center. Spindle diameter 6 mm, flap thickness 20, 30, 40, 50 mm. Available with unwoven material in grits A/Medium and A/Fine and with abrasive cloth in grits P60, P80, P120, P180, P240.
USE They are similar to classic unwoven flap wheels, but thanks to the abrasive cloth they guarantee stronger removal, eliminating any residual scratch marks from the workpiece.

USE They are particularly suitable to work on internal radius, to satinize metal surfaces with a uniform and repeatable pattern and for light duty deburring.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS The Unitized material is composted by compressed layers of Unwoven material, bonded with resins on a fiberglass backing. Available with soft density and fine grit (Silicon Carbide) or with Medium grit (Aluminium Oxide).
USE For deburring, finishing and removing of any marks from previous processes on common steel and stainless steel, titanium, alloys, plastic and composites.
SCM BELTS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Product with a tridimensional surface formed by abrasive minerals and nylon fibers bonded together by resins, with a low-stretch backing. It provides a unique combination of cutting power, finishing quality, lifespan and ease of use, with excellent resistance to elongation. Available with Silicon Carbide in the grit S/Ultra Fine, with Aluminium Oxide in the grits A/Very Fine, A/Medium, A/Coarse.
