PRE CUT ROLLS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Pre cut rolls of A-weight Silicon Carbide abrasive paper, open coated. Each roll has 200 cuts sized 153 x 81 mm. Grits from P150 to P400. 5 rolls pack.
USE For manual sanding of wooden furnitures, ornaments, frames, plasters, edges and moldings; also suitable on paints, varnishes and plastic.
AUTOADHESIVE MINIDISCS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Silicon Carbide microabrasive autoadhesive discs with waterproof film backing. 32 mm diameter, 1000 discs per roll. Available in grits from P1500 to P3000 and P5000.
USE For sanding paints, fillers and varnishes, also suitable on lens in the optical industry or on precious metals. To be used both wet or dry.
SANDING PADS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Special flat pad with Aluminium Oxide, dimensions 140 x 115 x 5 mm, made of ethyl vinyl acetate foam coated with abrasive minerals on a single side.
DENSITY & GRITS Available in P60, P100, P180, P220 and P280 grits, SOFT density.
USE Especially suitable for uniforming primers and plastic surfaces preparing them for the application of catalyzed paint, or for sanding hard to reach parts and for dulling varnishes; to be used wet or dry.
SANDING BLOCKS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Abrasive blocks with Aluminium Oxide, dimensions 98 x 69 x 26 mm, made of polyurethane foam with no solvents, coated with abrasive minerals on four sides.
DENSITY & GRITS Available in P60, P100 and P180 grits, STANDARD and SOFT density.
Available in “combination” type P100 grit, SOFT density.
USE Especially suitable on wood, paint and varnishes; to be used wet or dry.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Abrasive sponges with Aluminium Oxide, dimensions 120 x 98 x 13 mm, made of polyurethane foam with no solvents, coated with abrasive minerals on both sides.
DENSITY & GRITS Available in P60, P100, P180, P220 grits, STANDARD density.
USE Especially suitable for varnishes, catalyzed paint and common finishes; to be used wet or dry.
SCM BELTS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Product with a tridimensional surface formed by abrasive minerals and nylon fibers bonded together by resins, with a low-stretch backing. It provides a unique combination of cutting power, finishing quality, lifespan and ease of use, with excellent resistance to elongation. Available with Silicon Carbide in the grit S/Ultra Fine, with Aluminium Oxide in the grits A/Very Fine, A/Medium, A/Coarse.
USE For deburring, finishing and removing of any marks from previous processes on common steel, stainless steel and special steel, aluminium, titanium, non-ferrous metals and alloys, plastic and fiberglass.
UNITIZED DISCS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS The Unitized material is composted by compressed layers of Unwoven material, bonded with resins on a fiberglass backing. Available with soft density and fine grit (Silicon Carbide) or with Medium grit (Aluminium Oxide).
USE For deburring, finishing and removing of any marks from previous processes on common steel and stainless steel, titanium, alloys, plastic and composites.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS The Surface Conditioning Material with its aggressive abrasive power and excellent speed of finish, provides a unique combination of cutting power, finishing quality and lifespan. Available with Silicon Carbide in the grit S/Ultra Fine and with Aluminium Oxide in the grits A/Very Fine, A/Medium and A/Coarse.
USE Especially suitable for composites materials, production and maintenance of machines for the chemical and food industry, stainless steel furnitures and carpentry, automotive and rail industries, shipbuilding, aviation industry, propellers and jet engines.
MOUNTED NONWOVEN FLAP WHEELS + ABRASIVE CLOTH
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Mounted flap wheels, with syntetic fiber lamellae uniformly coated with abrasive grains of Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide bonded with resins, alternate with abrasive cloth lamellae and radially disposed around a fiber center. Spindle diameter 6 mm, flap thickness 20, 30, 40, 50 mm. Available with unwoven material in grits A/Medium and A/Fine and with abrasive cloth in grits P60, P80, P120, P180, P240.
USE They are similar to classic unwoven flap wheels, but thanks to the abrasive cloth they guarantee stronger removal, eliminating any residual scratch marks from the workpiece.
UNMOUNTED NONWOVEN FLAP WHEELS + ABRASIVE CLOTH
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Unmounted flap wheels, with syntetic fiber lamellae uniformly coated with abrasive grains of Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide bonded with resins, alternate with abrasive cloth lamellae and radially disposed around a fiber center. Thickness 50 or 100 mm. 19mm hole is key-shaped. Available with nonwoven material in grits A/Medium and A/Fine and with abrasive cloth in grits P60, P80, P120, P180, P240.
USE Suitable for satin finishing or masking of ferrous and non-ferrous metal, stainless steel, to be used both with flexible shaft grinders or automatic grinders.
